Andrew Randazzo
Andrew brings extensive experience in emergency medicine, disaster response, and operational logistics to BUSAR. Raised in Milwaukee with formative years spent in Venezuela, Randazzo developed an early understanding of adaptability, resilience, and functioning effectively in difficult environments where comfort and stability could not be assumed.
A veteran paramedic since 2010, Randazzo has participated in numerous large-scale disaster and crisis response operations both nationally and internationally. His operational experience includes FEMA deployments, emergency response operations during the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City, and disaster relief efforts following the 2023 earthquakes in Turkey. His specialties include medical operations, crisis logistics, systems management, and operational coordination in high-pressure environments.
In addition to his field experience, Randazzo is the founder of Vitali Partners, a national organization specializing in medical training and lifesaving equipment. He is also trained as a Wilderness EMT, Firefighter Basic, and PADI Open Water Diver, combining medical expertise with strong operational capability in austere and rapidly changing environments.
Known throughout the team for his calm demeanor, disciplined work ethic, and ability to maintain operational momentum under pressure, Randazzo is respected for balancing composure with relentless follow-through. His focus on preparation, organizational efficiency, and steady leadership continues to strengthen BUSAR’s medical readiness and field response capabilities.
