A physician with a broad background in surgery, disaster medicine, technical rescue, tracking, and SAR operations, Miller is known for his relentless commitment to training, continuing education, and professional development. His experience spans multiple federal, county, and volunteer organizations, where he has contributed both medical expertise and operational leadership in complex environments.

In addition to his medical background, Miller specializes in tracking, technical rescue systems, and wilderness search and rescue tactics.
